Buying online from Tecnomodel Store is really very easy!!!
After selecting the product you wish to buy, click on the “ADD TO CART” button.
You may cancel any items from your trolley and/or change the quantities.
When you are ready to place your order, click on “CHECK OUT”. You will then be asked for your personal details (necessary for the delivery of your package) and, where you wish your order to be sent, you will be asked to choose the method of payment and delivery you wish to use. 
If you have chosen payment by Paypal or  credit card, you will be transferred to the Paypal site where you will be asked for your credit card details. If you are already a Paypal member you may use your personal password to make payment. Your credit card details will be dealt with directly by Paypal, who will in turn give the authorisation to Tecnomodel Store to proceed with the sale.
Once the order has been accepted, you will be shown a rundown on the video and you will be sent an email as confermation . If you do not receive this confirmation within a short space of time you may contact us directly at stating your order number.
For payment by bank draft, all the relevant details for payment by bank draft can be found in the email you will receive for your order confirmation. Remember, your order will only be processed after we have received acceptance from the bank (about 1 week). To accelerate this procedure you may fax us a copy of your payment to: 0039.



All prices (in Italian on our site) are in Euro (IVA included). For any price queries, the prices indicated in the trolley at the time of the actual order and confirmed by email, are to be retained valid.



Your package will be assigned a delivery code number which will be sent to you via email once the package has left the workshop, this assures the possibility to trace its’ exact whereabouts via the Poste Italiane site.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically. They are relative to the country to where the goods are being shipped and to the method of shipping which the customer has chosen: see table below. (San Marino and the Vatican are calculated as for Italy).



If all items are available in stock, the goods will be shipped within 5 working days after receiving order (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays).
Poste Italiane services:
“Paccocelere 1” normally delivers in 1-2 days after postage (excluding Sat, Sun and holidays).
“Paccocelere 3” normally delivers in 3-5 days after postage (excluding Sat, Sun and holidays).
“EMS - QUICK PACK” normally delivers in 4–6 days after postage (excluding Sat, Sun and holidays)
“Paccocelere Internazionale” normally delivers in 4-6 days after postage (excluding Sat, Sun and holidays )



According to the Italian Law n. 196/03, regarding the protection of personal details, we wish to inform you that all Customer’s personal details will be treated by computerized systems by third parties employed within the company’s organisation, with the sole purpose of execution of the purchasing contract. The execution of the purchasing contract shall be interpreted as all that which is connected to and, instrumental in, the finalisation of the purchase order, this includes any data processing for payment and for shipping control. The Customer has the right at all times, to access any data given, to correct it, integrate, cancel or oppose it by contacting the person in charge of processing the order or the actual owner.
Having filled in the digital order form, the Customer declares to have understood all of the above and to abide by all the given rules regarding the use and treatment of any personal details. Failure to comply with this clause means that the order cannot be placed.



The customer has the right to return the goods within 10 working days from the date of receipt providing that the goods are in “as new” condition and they are in their original packaging, (postage charges must be paid by the customer).
The customer has the right to reimbursement (or replacement, if deemed necessary), for faulty goods or goods which have been damaged during delivery. In either case, postage is to be paid by the customer.
Returned goods whose postal charges have not been prepaid by the sender, will be immediately rejected. Before returning any goods, you are requested to send us an email to and await our instructions. Once we receive the returned goods we will arrange the subsequent reimbursement or substitution where necessary.
